Clinical Findings
Your first visit will consist of a complete history interview, physical examination, and necessary diagnostic studies. Your examination, comprising of orthopedic, neurological, physical and chiropractic tests will be performed by Dr. Albert Pawlusiewicz.

Diagnostic tests
Depending on the nature of your condition, diagnostic studies may be warranted. Dr. Pawlusiewicz may refer you out for special radiological testing.

Determination of care
The results of your examination, laboratory and diagnostic studies will be discussed with you in detail. Dr. Pawlusiewicz will talk to you first about your condition, make necessary recommendations and determine the best course of treatment.

Treatment
Chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitative exercises, acupuncture, nutrition recommendations, and natural drug therapy may all be implemented in the course of your treatment. In some instances, if your condition warrants it, you may be referred to another specialist for further care.

Exercise
You may be given a home exercise program. Exercises are crucial for returning your body to proper functioning. All of the exercises will be demonstrated in the clinic, and will be re-evaluated periodically.

Payment
Our clinic incurs constant expenses; it is therefore our policy for the payment to be rendered after each visit, unless prior financial arrangements have been made.

Insurance
We will submit all forms to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and PHCS preferred providers. All Workman's Comp and Auto insurance claims will be handled by our office for your convenience.
